Jieh Hong has been providing excellent new technology to the filing and packaging industry since 1991. It has been servicing the packaging needs of Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Recently in collaboration with Shanghai Triowin Technology Company, it has come out with “Three in One Unit” Bottle Rinsing Filling Capping Machine. The machine has a distinctive neck holder and an air conveyor. This prevents the bottles from deforming or warping, during the filing process (when there is high temperature). The machine is also equipped to handle various sizes without any height adjustment. Since error messages are displayed by the machine, it helps the operator during the filing procedure.
All parts of the machine especially the machine case and the parts that are in contact with the bottle are made of stainless steel. Parts can be washed easily without the fear of rusting. The suspensory transmission gear can be easily repaired and can be maintained properly. It has a C.I.P washing function that can effectively wash all the filing and the sanitary pipes before and after the process of filing the bottles.
