Market acceptability of a product, especially consumer products needed an attractive product cover presentation. Hence, it increases the need for Automatic Packaging machinery.  Most of the consumer products manufacturer companies are using automatic packaging machines for their product’s cover as that gives their products an attractive outlook. You can pack the products automatically by using electronic machines.

Packaging Techniques:
By using the electronic technological accepts, the product cover is quality, attractive, easily reached to customer, labor cost is reduced, less wastages of materials and low capital cost of the product.

Sheet metal:  This sheet metal type of packaging is the oldest methods of electronic automatic packaging.  This can be mechanically strong.  It has very little tooling expensive.  This is method is suitable for home workshop.

Molded Plastic:  Plastic products and structural parts are made by different methods, piece of part cost, cost of tooling and electrical, mechanical properties and easy to assemble.  The products like transfer molding, injection molding and die cutting and vacuum forming are made by this method. 

Potting:  This method also called encapsulation.  Mostly liquid products are packed by using this method.  Potting can be done directly in the mold or pre-molded potting.  A substitute to impregnation or potting is called Liquid filling.  This is mostly used in huge electrical equipment like utility transformers, amplify voltage breakdown or exchanger. 
Printed circuit assemblies: Computer accessory boards like mother board, circuit board, electronic Integrated circuits, and Television boards are assembled following by this method.  Printed circuits are primarily a technology for connecting the components together the linked components. 

Conformal coating:  A slender insulating covering applied by different methods is called conformal coating.  This coating is used as a chemical and mechanical protection shield of delicate components.  It used on axial-resistors, printed circuit-boards and mass produced items.  This may even be extremely economical.

Impregnation:  This is also look like as a potting method.  But it doesn’t used mold or shell. The interior spaces are filled and leave thin coating spaces.  This is mostly used for vacuum impregnation in transformers & heavy voltage components. 

In the marketing consumer products, attractive presentation of packaging is essential.  This is directly affected to the market of the product.  Most of the product packaging is done by manually.  But it is not good and attractive.  By using Automatic electronic packaging the product presentation is attractive and easily survey in to the market.  It is even less expensive.
