The Model CX 5 Automatic Wrapper from ESS Technologies is designed to produce cosmetic cartons that require a high degree of glossy finishes. Its an ideal machine that can wrap small and medium sized products and cartons and is great for the cosmetic packaging industry’s smaller carton packing needs.
The machine can be customized for various dimensions within a few minutes. 7 minutes to be more precise. This means that various products can be produced with very less lay over time. This reduces the wastage of time and labor. It meets the cGMP requirements. The structure of the machine is balcony type, which makes all the areas of the machine completely accessible, easy to clean and therefore simple to maintain. Its been designed for a smooth operation, but the operator can easily maintain the machine in case of any jams or lock up.
The machine can handle PP, PVC, PE, and cellophane heat seal wrapping material. It can do 60 wrappings per minute and consumes 4 KW of electricity. The machine weighs 950 Kg.
