At OptiCon SmartLine’s core lies the OptiCon systems well-proven camera-based imaging unit featuring custom telecentric lens as well as a flexible illumination concept of different colours and directions. The system has undertaken all common inspection tasks for PCBs.
PC is completely integrated into the main chassis so it saves lot of space, only keyboard and monitor need to connect and work with the system. Becuase of this feature, this system can be used in many areas of the production process.
Based on the innovative Extended Colour Technology, the camera enables high-resolution colour images and high-contrast recordings. They are available for colour test tasks and colour representation of detected faults at the repair station.
This technology can be upgraded to already installed systems also.
