Polypropylene Packaging

Polypropylene packaging is applicable as cartons, transparent packaging, clear boxes, pillow packs, wraps, gift packs, hanging packs, trays & lids & bases. Polypropylene packaging products include cosmetics and toiletries, drinks and accessories, clothing and textiles, house wares, gift, and confectionery markets, primarily for the retail industry.

Materials Used in Polypropylene Packaging

The materials that are commonly applicable in polypropylene packaging include a wide variety like laminated films and rolls, stand up pouches, food wrap films, wax coated paper, shrink sleeve labels, self adhesive tapes, stretch films, polyester films, metalized films, LDPE and BOPP films, cast propylene films, PVC films, and aluminum foils.
Packaging material such as HDPE sacks, PP sacks, woven sacks, polyethylene sacks, polypropylene sacks, HDPE woven bags and PP bags, jute bags, jumbo bags, multilayer packaging films, FIBC bags, woven sacks and packaging liners are also useful.
Photo luminescent materials include photo luminescent plastic raw material, photo luminescent polythene, photo luminescent master batches, photo luminescent PVC, photo luminescent HDPE, LDPE, photo luminescent epoxy, and photo luminescent polypropylene polymers.
Polystyrene films, polypropylene films, aluminum foils, capacitor tissue paper, neon products, transformers, neon signs, neon gas, argon gas, neon tubes, neon tester, end caps, stud pins, anode buttons, contact parts are in common use.
Polypropylene compounds, thermoplastic compounds, thermoplastic rubber compounds, synthetic polymer compounds, thermoplastic elastomers, thermoplastic olefins, and thermoplastic vulcanizers are some common polymers.
Polypropylene plastic boxes, air bubble films, P.E foam, edge boards, polypropylene storage boxes, polypropylene container boxes used for exporting products.
Various other materials include thermo-strap, polypropylene straps, polypropylene strapping, and strapping belts, carry straps, box strapping rolls, PP packaging rolls, polypropylene rolls, Polycarbonate sheets and films, heat transfer films, holographic sheets and films, polypropylene bags.

Machineries and Equipments Employed in Polystyrene Packaging

Polypropylene adhesive tapes are much in use and this requires a specific tapping machine that performs complete wrapping and sealing and binding over the product packing.
Strapping is another important step in polypropylene packaging. A complete line of strapping machines requires application for packaging. Strapping tools include tensioners, sealers, cutters, and pneumatic strappers. Strapping buckles, clips and seals are some of the strapping accessories used for packaging.
Compression is required in some specific cases. Plastic compression machines such as automatic thermoforming machines, vacuum forming machines, packing, and blister forming machines are under use depending upon the requirements.
Sealing machines of various kinds including cup sealing machines, shrink wrapping machines and roller cutting machines are some of the commonly applied equipments in polystyrene packaging.
Stretch wrapping machines are prevalent in use. Polypropylene packaging is more beneficial with wrapping in a different manner and this requires special stretch wrapping machines.
Other machineries and equipments include pet blow machine, Extrusion machine, injection blow molding machine, mouth cutting and punching machine, belt cutting machine just to mention a few.
