The new RT-8BT-8VF from Perfect Packaging is great for the managing the pre made pouch packaging industry. The operation of the machine is quite simple. The magazine of the RT-8BT-8VF stores the empty pouches. The pouch is transferred to the gripper. Here the pouch is opened, filled with the desired product and then transferred to the chamber. The next process entails vacuuming the pouch. The final process for the machine is to seal the pouch and then releasing the pouch.
It has 8 filing stations and 8 vacuum chambers and can package 30 pouches per minute. Faster versions of the same model are also available. The RT-8BT-8VF machine rotates intermittently to fill the product easily and the vacuum machine rotates continuously to enable the machine to run smoothly and efficiently, ensuring high performance and durability.
